Pimm Solutions B.V. informeert u over het volgende:

Pimm Solutions respecteert de privacy van de bezoekers van haar website en draagt er zorg voor dat uw gegevens vertrouwelijk worden behandeld. Eventuele aanpassingen en/of veranderingen van de website kunnen leiden tot wijzigingen in deze privacyverklaring. Het is daarom raadzaam om deze privacyverklaring regelmatig te raadplegen.

Pimm Solutions gebruikt en bewaart uw persoonsgegevens en gegevens op grond van noodzakelijkheid voor de uitvoering van de overeenkomst, en met het doeleinde uw bestelling zo snel en gemakkelijk mogelijk te laten verlopen. Bij gebrek aan verstrekking van de gegevens kan de overeenkomst niet plaatsvinden. Door het aanmelden op de online nieuwsbrief en het achterlaten van uw gegevens op de website van Pimm Solutions verleent u tegelijkertijd toestemming om uw persoonsgegevens en e-mailadres op te slaan.

Pimm Solutions gebruikt deze opgeslagen informatie om u te informeren over activiteiten in de winkel en het doen van andere aanbiedingen van Pimm Solutions. Indien u interesse toont in een demo van de Pimm cadeaushop en daarvoor uw gegevens achterlaat bestaat er de mogelijkheid dat er contact met u wordt opgenomen door een medewerker van Pimm Solutions.

Uw gegevens worden niet aan derden ter beschikking gesteld tenzij dit noodzakelijk is voor de uitvoering van uw bestelling of op grond van een wettelijk voorschrift. Uw gegevens worden niet doorgeven buiten de EU of een internationale organisatie. Uw gegevens hebben een bewaartermijn die gelijk is aan de contractduur van de overeenkomst die u met Pimm Solutions heeft afgesloten.

Indien er geen contract is afgesloten zal uw e-mailadres bewaard worden totdat u aangeeft geen e-mails meer te willen ontvangen. Op uw verzoek zal Pimm Solutions uw persoonsgegevens uit haar bestanden verwijderen, mits u heeft voldaan aan uw (betalings)verplichtingen. Pimm Solutions zal u alleen e-mails sturen indien u hiervoor duidelijk interesse heeft getoond. U kunt zich altijd en zonder enkel gevolg uitschrijven, waarna uw persoonsgegevens direct, maar in ieder geval binnen één maand, zullen worden verwijderd uit de database.

Na uw inschrijving als gebruiker van de Pimm Solutions webshop verlenen wij u toegang tot uw eigen account, waar u uw gegevens kunt bekijken en na aanvraag bij ons kunt wijzigen. Om de veiligheid van uw informatie te maximaliseren, verplichten wij u zich middels een wachtwoord te identificeren om in te kunnen loggen en wijzigingen via ons door te voeren.

U beschikt te allen tijde over het recht om de gegeven toestemming voor een bepaalde verwerking in te kunnen trekken. Ook kunt u te allen tijde indien gewenst, een klacht indienen bij onze relevante privacy toezichthouder, middels het e-mailadres privacy@pimmsolutions.nl. Pimm Solutions maakt tot slot geen gebruik van geautomatiseerde besluitvorming of profilering.

Het systeem achter onze website is ontworpen om activiteiten te controleren. Zo kunnen wij onbevoegde handelingen voorkomen en persoonlijke informatie beschermen. Deze website benut verder de standaard SSL-certificaatcodering om de vertrouwelijkheid van uw persoonlijke informatie te beschermen.

Deze website maakt gebruik van zogeheten ‘cookies’ om te registreren hoe vaak welke webpagina wordt bezocht, via welke links dit gebeurt en welke voorkeuren haar bezoekers hebben. Solliciteren

By subscribing to the online newsletter and leaving your data on the Pimm Solutions website you simultaneously grant permission to store your personal data and e-mail address. Pimm Solutions uses this stored information to inform you about activities in the shop and to make other offers by Pimm Solutions.

In case you show interest in a demo of the Pimm giftshop and leave your data for this purpose, there is a possibility you will be contacted by an employee of Pimm Solutions. Your data will not be made available to third parties unless this is necessary for the execution of your order or on the grounds of a statutory provision. Your data will not be passed on outside the EU or an international organisation. Your data will be kept for a period equal to the duration of the contract you have entered into with Pimm Solutions. At your request, Pimm Solutions will remove your personal data from its files, provided you have fulfilled your (payment) obligations. Pimm Solutions will only send you e-mails if you have shown a clear interest. You can unsubscribe at any time and without any consequences, after which your personal data will be removed from the database immediately, but in any case within one month.

After your registration as a user of the Pimm Solutions webshop, we will grant you access to your own account, where you can view your data and change them upon request. To maximise the security of your information, we require you to identify yourself with a password to be able to log in and make changes through us.
